Legality: The house does not have a certificate of habitability, and the reason is as follows: this house has a license and permission from the construction and reform city council. You can see the attached plans. In the inpas of obtaining the certificate of completion of work, the regulations of the Consell de Mallorca to build on rustic land changed, and went to 14,000m2 of minimum land to build. So the house could not obtain the end of the work in order to request the certificate of habitability. But be careful! Currently, the law of administrative simplification allows the legalisation of the entire house and consequently to get the skill card whoever wants it.
